Airport security can reject the power bank when a customer flies inside China and the unit has no readable 3C mark. The Civil Aviation Administration of China notice dated 26 June 2025, effective 28 June 2025, prohibits passengers from carrying a power bank with no 3C mark, an unclear 3C mark, or a recalled model or batch on a domestic flight in China.

Passenger carry and commercial freight are different jobs

Passenger carrying a power bank

Domestic flight inside China. The CAAC notice dated 26 June 2025, effective 28 June 2025, states this prohibition. The East China Regional Administration notice dated 30 July 2025 restates the passenger check for domestic flights, including a CCC certification mark.

Commercial freight

Air cargo and other commercial freight. The two notices above do not state a freight rule. Leave the freight cell blank.

International flight segment

Both notices name domestic flights (境内航班). They do not state a rule for an international segment. Leave that cell blank. A 1 April 2026 CAAC page reports an ICAO supplement on power banks and does not quote it.

Scope diagram for the notices read on 12 October 2026. It shows where those texts apply. It is not a boarding approval for any model.

No Anker model is listed here as CCC certified. A brand name, a printed model code and a watt-hour figure are label facts. The 26 June 2025 CAAC notice, for passengers on domestic flights inside China, names a 3C mark. This review, finished on 12 October 2026, did not obtain a CCC certificate for any batch on sale, so the model, regional version, mark photo, certificate reference, recall result and confirmer stay blank. You use the log to ask for those items before you promise a customer anything about a domestic flight. Other buying guides cover recall records and RFQ lines. They do not fill this log.

What Anker power banks are CCC certified?#

This page names none. A row can name a model only after someone has checked that physical unit and a certificate that matches the batch. Neither item was in hand for any batch on sale when this page was written on 12 October 2026.

The CAAC notice dated 26 June 2025 is a passenger security notice for domestic flights. It also says the State Administration for Market Regulation revoked or suspended 3C certification for several power bank and cell manufacturers. The paragraph does not name those manufacturers. You cannot read an Anker result out of that sentence.

The same notice says the passenger measure sits on current policy and follows the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air. It does not quote a watt-hour limit, and this page does not add one. A watt-hour figure on a label remains a rating you can copy into the model notes. It is a different field from the 3C mark.

Is the Anker Zolo power bank CCC certified?#

The certificate cell for Zolo stays blank. "Zolo" is a product name. The 26 June 2025 notice asks for a 3C mark on the unit a passenger carries, and the East China notice dated 30 July 2025 asks whether the unit has a CCC certification mark. Neither notice mentions Zolo, and this review did not obtain a CCC certificate for a Zolo batch.

Write the code printed on the unit into the model cell when you have the unit. Until then the model cell, the regional version, the mark photo and the certificate reference stay empty. A quotation that says Zolo, or a listing that says CCC in the title, does not close those cells.

Which label facts count as the mark?#

What you photograph, and what you file beside it

  1. 1. Mark the notices name

CAAC, 26 June 2025: a 3C mark, and whether it is unclear. East China Regional Administration, 30 July 2025: a CCC certification mark, mark clarity, and appearance integrity.

  2. 2. Photo still to take

A picture of the physical mark on the unit in this order. This page has no such photo. The cell stays blank.

  3. 3. Separate label facts

Brand name, printed model code, and any watt-hour figure. Record them in their own cells. The notices do not treat them as the 3C mark.

Decision diagram for one unit. The mark photo is empty until you have the unit. No certificate image is shown here, because none was obtained.

The East China notice is an implementation report for that region. It describes a 26 June 2025 meeting with the regulatory bureaus and airlines in its jurisdiction, and it says units with an unclear mark, damaged appearance, no CCC certification mark, an unclear CCC mark, or a recalled model or batch are prohibited from being carried onto domestic flights. Photograph appearance when the customer's airports are in East China, and keep the photo with the mark photo. The national notice text read for this page does not add that appearance sentence, so the appearance note should name the East China source.

What goes in the evidence log?#

Copy one row per quoted line. The example row fills only the use and the route, both taken from the CAAC notice dated 26 June 2025. Every order-specific cell is blank. Scroll sideways on a phone. The table has eight columns.

Example row: two cells from the notice, six cells empty

Use

Passenger carrying a power bank. Source: CAAC, 26 June 2025.

Route

Domestic flight inside China, effective 28 June 2025. Source: same notice.

Still blank

Model, regional version, photo of the physical 3C mark, certificate item, recall re-check, person who confirms.

Who closes a blank cell

The person named in the last column, after the unit and the file are in hand. This page names nobody, because no unit was checked.

Use the second row for the line you are quoting. The power bank RFQ guide shows how to keep one model on one line so this log can point at that line later. About Anker Wholesale says a quotation names the seller, the model and the regional version. The quotation still has to arrive with the mark photo and the certificate before those cells change.

What does the recall column wait for?#

The 26 June 2025 notice includes recalled models and batches in the same passenger prohibition as a missing or unclear 3C mark. The recall cell waits for a unit-level result. It stays blank on this page.

Record that result with the recall lot-check log. That log matches a printed model and a serial number to the recall page for the market where the unit was sold. A finished recall row still leaves the 3C photo and the certificate empty. The two checks answer different questions.

The East China notice dated 30 July 2025 also tells the organizations at that meeting to add power-bank pre-check points, especially while carrying volume may be large at the start, and to screen the model and batch before the passenger reaches security. Write the time and the page you opened. A blank recall cell means the check has not been recorded, which is the honest state of the example row.

When these notices do not fill the row#

  • Commercial freight. The 26 June 2025 notice and the 30 July 2025 East China notice talk about a passenger carrying a power bank. They do not state an air-cargo rule. Leave the freight route blank and ask the carrier that will move the goods.
  • An international segment. Both notices say domestic flights. A trip that leaves China, or arrives from outside China, is outside the sentences quoted here. Leave that route blank.
  • Permission to sell in China. This page does not give market-access advice. A passenger mark check is the job above. Whether a batch may be sold is a different file, and this review did not obtain that certificate.
  • A promise that a SKU can board. The log records evidence. It does not clear a model, a carton or a customer.

On 12 October 2026 the national notice page was still the 26 June 2025 text. A CAAC site search the same day still returned that page as the national item stating the 3C prohibition. Later hits were regional implementation reports. The Northwest Regional Administration page dated 10 July 2025 restates the 28 June 2025 effective date for passengers carrying a power bank without a 3C certification marking, with an unclear 3C mark, or of a recalled model. It does not replace the national notice. A separate CAAC page dated 1 April 2026 says the ICAO Council approved a supplement to the 2025-2026 Technical Instructions on lithium batteries and power banks carried by passengers, crew and operators. That page does not quote the supplement, so this guide does not state those conditions.

What to send with the order#

Send the exact model, the destination market, and the evidence this page has not confirmed. Those open items are the regional version, a photo of the physical 3C mark on the unit, the certificate for that batch, the recall result, and the person who confirms. Send your RFQ with the exact model and the destination market. The reply can say which of those items the quotation includes. It cannot clear a unit to board. We reply within 24 hours.

Questions buyers ask#

The first question is the search suggestion this page answers. The second is the Zolo follow-up buyers attach to the same problem.

What Anker power banks are CCC certified?

This page names none. The CAAC notice dated 26 June 2025 requires a 3C mark on a power bank a passenger carries on a domestic flight inside China. A certificate for a batch on sale was not obtained in the 12 October 2026 review, so the model, regional version, mark photo and certificate cells stay blank.

Is the Anker Zolo power bank CCC certified?

The certificate cell stays blank. Zolo is a product name, and this review did not obtain a CCC certificate for a Zolo batch. Photograph the physical 3C mark on the regional unit you are buying, and keep the model cell empty until that code is in front of you.

Methods and sources#

Rules in this guide come from the pages named below, read on 12 October 2026. The national notice HTML matched the copy saved on 11 October 2026. The guide does not list a CCC model, because no physical unit was compared with a certificate. Updated 12 October 2026.
