List the devices the charger is meant to serve. A phone counter, a laptop assortment and a shared desk setup do not need the same mix. This context helps with compatibility review, but the final check still follows the exact model reference.
Regional plug and packaging requirements should appear next to the quantity. If another regional version is acceptable, write that down as well. The quote can then show the proposed version instead of leaving the substitution open to interpretation.
