RFQ-based wholesale pricing

Anker wholesale pricing is confirmed by RFQ

Wholesale prices change with the exact regional model, batch availability, quantity, packaging and handoff terms. A current RFQ is more reliable than a public price list and lets both sides confirm the supplied specification before payment.

What determines a wholesale quote

Exact models and versions

Series names are not enough. Model reference, capacity or wattage, port layout, plug version, color and packaging can change the quote.

Quantity and SKU mix

Device and accessory quantities, the number of SKUs and whether substitutions are acceptable affect sourcing and packing assumptions.

Payment and handoff

The quote records T/T or L/C terms and whether goods are delivered in mainland China, Hong Kong or collected by buyer-arranged courier.

Every quote line should identify the model, version, quantity and any substitute the buyer has approved.

The product list is the starting point

Put one product on each line. For power banks, include the model, capacity, output and color. Charger lines need wattage, ports and plug version. Cable lines should name both connectors, supported power and length. This takes more time than sending a folder of photos, but it produces a quote you can check line by line.

Mark any detail that is still flexible. If another color is acceptable, say so. If capacity, wattage or plug version cannot change, keep that requirement explicit. The proposed substitute should appear in the quotation before payment, not arrive as a surprise later.

Price also depends on where the order changes hands

The published route is a nominated address in mainland China or Hong Kong, or warehouse collection by buyer-arranged UPS or DHL. The quotation should name the handoff point and state who takes responsibility after the goods leave that point.

Packaging and timing belong in the same discussion. A request that needs particular labeling, language or barcode handling should say so before the price is confirmed. Onward export is outside the published starting terms unless the signed quotation adds it.

A mixed order can share commercial terms, but every SKU still needs its own quantity and specification.

Published starting terms

  • Power banks, chargers and hubs start at 10 units without a per-SKU device minimum.
  • Cables and small accessories start at 20 units per SKU.
  • The total order value must exceed US$2,000; final MOQ and value are confirmed in the RFQ.
  • Handoff is in mainland China or Hong Kong, or by buyer-arranged UPS/DHL warehouse pickup; onward export is not included.

What to put in the RFQ

Include target models, acceptable alternatives, quantity per model, destination market, budget, packaging needs and handoff city. The reply will state current availability, lead time, commercial terms and any questions that remain open.
